Shipping

We ship orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Delivery times

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Provincial (Luzon): 3–5 business days.
• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days.
• Remote areas may take a bit longer.

Shipping fees

Flat rate of ₱150 nationwide. We're working on a real-time courier rate calculator and free-shipping threshold — watch this space.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.

What we can refund or replace

• Damaged, broken, or leaking bottles on arrival.
• Wrong product shipped (different oil, size, or quantity).
• Expired product on arrival.
• Order lost in transit (after courier investigation).

What we cannot refund

• Opened or used bottles — essential oils are personal-care items and cannot be resold for safety reasons.
• Change of mind on a sealed item more than 7 days after delivery.
• Items returned without prior arrangement.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@abcdorganics.ph with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
3. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
