Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and ABCD Organics when you use abcdorganics.ph or buy something from us. By ordering, you're agreeing to them. We've kept them in plain language on purpose — please read them.

1. Who we are

ABCD Organics is the trading brand of ABCD Organics Essential Oils Trading, a business name registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry under Business Name No. 2269482, valid until April 12, 2031. Our headquarters, production and laboratory are at Summit One Tower, Shaw Boulevard, Brgy. Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. We sell 100% pure essential oils, carrier oils, and herbal and mushroom tinctures. Reach us at hello@abcdorganics.ph or 0961 567 8168.

2. The site is still being finished

We're still building parts of this shop, and you'll see a notice on the site saying so. Some features may be incomplete or change without warning. An order you've paid for will always be honoured — or fully refunded if we can't fulfil it.

3. Placing an order

• When you check out, you're making an offer to buy. The sale is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price was obviously wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
• Please double-check your delivery address and mobile number. We ship to the address you give us, and a wrong address usually means a returned parcel and a delay.

4. Prices

• All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and include VAT where it applies.
• The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices and stock can change at any time, but never after you've checked out.
• If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than ship it. We'll tell you if that happens.

5. Payment

We currently accept:

• QR Ph — scan the code with any Philippine bank or e-wallet app that supports QR Ph. Handled by PayMongo.
• PayPal — pay from your PayPal balance, or with a credit or debit card without needing a PayPal account.

Payment is taken when you check out, and we start preparing your order once it's confirmed. If your payment doesn't go through, your order stays unpaid and nothing is shipped. We'll cancel unpaid orders after a few days so the stock goes back on sale.

6. Shipping

• Shipping is a flat ₱150 anywhere in the Philippines.
• We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your payment being confirmed, and email you a tracking number when your parcel leaves us.
• Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days in Metro Manila, 3–5 in the rest of Luzon, and 5–7 in Visayas and Mindanao. Remote areas take longer.
• Those are the courier's estimates, not promises we can guarantee. Weather, holidays and courier backlogs happen. If your parcel seems stuck, message us and we'll chase it for you.

7. Returns and refunds

If something arrives damaged, leaking, wrong or expired, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Because oils are personal-care items, we can't take back bottles that have been opened or used.

8. Product information and safety

Everything we publish about our products is for education, not medical advice. Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified health professional.

Essential oils are concentrated. Please use them safely:

• Always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil before putting them on your skin, and patch-test a small area first.
• Don't swallow essential oils unless a qualified professional has told you to.
• Keep them away from your eyes and inner ears.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a condition such as epilepsy, asthma or high blood pressure — or you're using these around a child — talk to your doctor first.
• Citrus oils can make your skin react to sunlight. Avoid direct sun on treated skin.
• Many essential oils are toxic to cats and dogs. Check before diffusing around pets.
• Keep all products out of reach of children.
• If you have a reaction, stop using the product and get medical help.

You're responsible for using our products safely and as directed. We aren't liable for harm caused by misuse.

9. Our AI search and chat

The AI search and support chat are there to help you find products. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Don't rely on them for health decisions, and please don't type sensitive personal information into them. Where the AI and a product's own label disagree, the label wins.

10. If you buy from us on Shopee or Lazada

We also sell through Shopee and Lazada. Orders placed there are governed by that platform's terms and its buyer protection, not by these terms. Our product safety information applies wherever you bought from us.

11. Our content

The ABCD Organics name and logo, our four-letter product codes, our photography, product descriptions, blog posts and blend recipes belong to us. You're welcome to read, save and share them for your own personal use. Please don't republish, resell, scrape or use them commercially without asking us first.

12. Using the site properly

Please don't place fraudulent orders, impersonate anyone, scrape the site automatically, try to break into it, or interfere with how it works for other people. We may refuse service, cancel orders or block access if you do.

13. Our responsibility to you

We stand behind what we sell. If we get your order wrong, we'll fix it — that's section 7.

Beyond that, to the fullest extent Philippine law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or missed occasions, arising from the use of this site or our products.

None of this takes away the rights the Consumer Act of the Philippines gives you. Where these terms and your legal rights as a consumer conflict, your legal rights win.

14. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes go to the appropriate courts of Mandaluyong City. You can also bring a consumer complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed, and significant changes will be announced on the site. Orders are always governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
