Italian Bergamot essential oil is cold-pressed from the rind of the bergamot orange grown in Calabria. It offers a uniquely complex citrus-floral aroma that is both uplifting and calming. The signature scent of Earl Grey tea, it is prized for mood enhancement and stress relief.

How to use

  • Diffuse: 3–5 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser with water. Run for 30–60 minutes in a well-ventilated room.
  • Topical: Dilute 2–3% in a carrier oil (jojoba, fractionated coconut). Patch-test first.

Max dilution

Recommended topical dilution: 2-3% for adults (approximately 12-18 drops per 30ml carrier oil). Use 1% or less for sensitive skin, elderly, or facial application.
